9:00 a.m.-5K walk for anyone and everyone.
$50.00 1st Place Prize for men and women runners.
Why:
to benefit those
experiencing homelessness, especially those living with
mental illness, HIV/AIDS and substance abuse.
How: tennis shoes & determination
Cost:
$15 pre-registration by Nov.5
$20 registration on race day

When
you were a kid did you ever race for home?
Nothing
can describe what it's like to have a place to call home.
Since
1981 Peter & Paul Community Services has helped homeless
individuals change their circumstances and achieve indepedence.
PPCS hosts a 5K "RACE FOR HOME"
run/walk in November during Homeless Awareness Month to benefit
the agency's work with those often forgotten by our community.
Registration
for RACE FOR HOME is $20.00. Children under
10 are FREE.
All proceeds benefit the work of Peter & Paul
Community Services.
